Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to training services booked with FieldCore Technical Desk. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions on this site.
Volatility Reading Workshop
- Deposit (1,200,000 VND): Fully refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop start date.
- Within 14 days of start: Deposit is non-refundable. You may transfer your seat to another person with 48 hours notice.
- Full payment: If you paid the full 4,800,000 VND upfront, cancellations more than 14 days before start receive full refund minus bank fees. Within 14 days, refund is 3,600,000 VND (deposit portion retained).
Session Clinic
- Full payment required 24 hours before scheduled time.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before: full refund.
- Cancel within 48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule once within 30 days.
- No-show: no refund.
Range Mapping Course
- Cancel before cohort start (first evening session): full refund minus 400,000 VND administrative fee.
- After cohort begins: no refund for remaining weeks. You may attend remaining sessions if you paid in full.
Wick Study Sessions
- Cancel more than 72 hours before: full refund.
- Within 72 hours: no refund (homework is pre-assigned and seat is limited).
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking when requested at least 48 hours ahead and a new date is available within 60 days. Additional reschedules may incur 200,000 VND fee.
Work already started
If we have reviewed your submitted chart journal or shipped printed materials before you cancel, the cost of materials (350,000 VND) is non-refundable.
Our cancellation
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or facility issue, you receive full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.
Refund process
Email info@net-fieldcore.click with your booking reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original bank account. International transfers may take additional days depending on your bank.

- Shipped printed materials after dispatch
- Completed session clinic time
- No-show fees
