Estimate factors

Some requests need a custom quote. Factors that affect price:

  • Group workshops: Teams of four or more from one firm may book a private two-day workshop. Base rate 4,800,000 VND per person; private room surcharge 800,000 VND if outside regular monthly dates.
  • Video-only intensive: Two-day workshop delivered entirely by video for remote participants. Rate 5,200,000 VND per person (includes shipped printed materials within Vietnam).
  • Extended clinic blocks: Three consecutive 90-minute clinics booked together: 3,900,000 VND (saves 450,000 VND vs. single sessions).

Payment and deposits

We accept bank transfer within Vietnam. Workshop deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled start (see Refund Policy). Clinic sessions require full payment 24 hours before the scheduled time.
